Repairs & Warranty

Should there be any manufacturing defects on your piece or breaking during shipping, we will repair your piece free of charge within the first 30 days of purchase. However, our warranty does not cover general wear & tear, loose or lost stones, accidental damage, or lost jewelry. We highly encourage you to privately insure your jewelry in case of loss or damage. We provide free resizing, and cover the cost of shipping both ways within the first 30 days of receiving your ring.

We are a small studio and believe in excellent customer service and will resize, repair, refurbish, and replace lost stones for the lifetime of your jewelry at a discounted rate. Contact us at nestedyellow@gmail.com with any repair inquiries. We are unable to exchange or repair any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweler.
