Anna Vasquez, a custom jewelry designer based in Portland, Oregon, has a unique background that has influenced her work. Growing up in Honduras, Anna developed a deep connection with nature and storytelling. Her parents, a horticulturalist and an entomologist, exposed her to diverse cultures and stories from their international friends. Anna's memories of visiting her grandmother's village and observing her entrepreneurial spirit also influenced her own drive.
After a successful career in architecture, Anna discovered her passion for storytelling through jewelry design and founded Nested Yellow Jewelry in 2009.
Today, she creates custom designs that aim to capture special moments and emotions for her clients. Anna welcomes clients into her studio with warmth and kindness, and collaborates with them to bring their visions to life. As a Latina woman-owned business, Anna is grateful for the support of her community.
